Cheeseburger Salad

I love this salad, especially if you have any ground meat leftover from tacos or something! With a little added salt and pepper, it's great for this quick and easy YUMMY salad!
Cheeseburger Salad
1 cup cooked ground meat of your choice
2 cups mixed salad greens
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup pickles, chopped
1/4 cup shredded cheese
Dressing:
1 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Low Fat Mayo
1 Tbsp Pickle juice
Layer all your salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix all your dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and drizzle on top of your salad.
Enjoy!
