Packed with a protein power punch, this smoothie is full of protein, good metabolism boosting fats and bursting with antioxidants!
Combine in blender:
1 cup cold water
1/4 c cottage cheese
Handful of fresh or frozen blackberries
1-2 tsp of our Superfood Smoothie Booster
1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
2 pinches Celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp glaucomanan
Splash of vanilla
Stevia to taste
Blend
Add 1 cup ice
Blend
Add 1 scoop protein powder
Blend again
